Refund & Returns Policy

At Bonum Kids, we take pride in delivering high-quality school furniture, bespoke interiors, playground equipment, and educational supplies designed to meet the highest standards of safety, durability, and functionality. Customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how returns, replacements, and refunds are handled for our customers.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • Items were damaged during transit (e.g., furniture components, fixtures, playground equipment parts)

  • Packaging was tampered with or severely damaged upon delivery

  • You received an incorrect item, size, specification, or quantity

To be eligible:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be intact (where applicable)

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order reference) must be provided


2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective:

  • Customized, made-to-order, or bespoke furniture and interior solutions

  • Products manufactured according to client-approved drawings or specifications

  • Installed or partially installed furniture, fixtures, or playground equipment

  • Products purchased under clearance, discounted, or promotional sales

  • Bulk or project-based supplies once delivered and accepted


3. Return Process

To initiate a return or claim:

Please provide:

  • Order or invoice number

  • Clear photos or videos of the damaged or incorrect product

  • Description of the issue

Our team will review and verify the claim within 48 working hours and inform you whether the item qualifies for a return, replacement, or refund.


4. Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • A replacement item will be dispatched at no additional cost

  • Delivery timelines depend on stock availability and location

  • If the original product is unavailable, we will offer:

    • A suitable alternative product, or

    • A refund, based on mutual agreement


5. Refunds

Refunds may be issued if:

  • The product cannot be replaced

  • An incorrect item was delivered

  • The product arrived damaged beyond repair or safe use

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Refund Method:

  • Bank transfer or original payment method

Processing Time:

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval

Note:
Delivery, transportation, and installation charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error or defect attributable to Bonum Kids.


6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled:

  • Within 24 hours of order confirmation, or

  • Before production or dispatch begins

Once manufacturing, customization, or dispatch has started, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply instead.


7. Project-Based & Institutional Orders

For schools, institutions, and large-scale projects:

  • Any issues must be reported within 72 hours of delivery

  • Inspection reports, delivery notes, and visual evidence may be required

  • Returns or refunds are subject to contract terms, approved drawings, and project agreements

Bonum Kids is not responsible for delays caused by site readiness, third-party contractors, or force majeure conditions.


8. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are permitted only in cases of:

  • Incorrect product supplied

  • Specification mismatch against confirmed order

  • Manufacturing defects

All exchange requests must meet the eligibility conditions stated above.
